doppel_entendre...yeah, I wish. Anyway.
So I'm babysitting cats. (and yes, they go quack!) It seems that A eats like a bird! Which is to say, he eats twice his body weight in food a day.... Well, actually today he seemed to cut back to just his bodyweight. Which may possible be due to M not eating or something. Which is worrying, as he's been giving off the stressed vibe for the last day or two.
My father managed to find me (which means I've actually not been here all that often what with family and work. The cat's have kept from destroying anything as far as I know, though) and I had a lovely time of sitting around trying to write Attack Of The Radioactive Space Zombies as relatives I couldn't actually name handed out prezzies.
I also got to meet my newest niece. Assuming that she calls me uncle, of course. She's the world's happiest toddler! And has an extreme appreciation for turkey it seems. Honestly, I've never seen a baby have such a look of excastsy before! You'd think she'd just won the lottery!
Her brother is a total brat, btw, and I honestly can't think of a single excuse for his behavior that day. Well, okay, a single logical excuse anyway...
Today I was told to come in at noon for work, but I opted for the 10am version. This made it possible for me to actually get into the kitchen! gasp! and not be there until 7:30pm! Woot! Although I'm somewhat speculative as to whether or not there'll be 2 missing hours on my pay Cheq. (Or my pay Polock for that matter!)
I'm half debating visiting Bayshore, but I think the home made Irish cream is winning out on that arguement. I have a Godiva bottle, but it's juuuust a liiiiiittle toooo small for what I wound up making, so I'm forced (entirely against my will you understand!) to drink the rest of it that doesn't fit in the bottle! Hm. It doesn't help that I'm sleepy to begin with...
